Background Information:
While studying to be a machinist at an early age, I discovered a love for technical drawings. This led to obtaining a degree in Computer Aided Design while CAD was still in it’s infancy.
I have extensive knowledge of the building trades adding a practical application to the design process. Growing up with a father in the concrete and masonry business, I literally learned from the ground up while young and spent many summers pouring concrete, hauling mortar, brick and block while learning the trade. I then went on to work for multiple carpenters which led to many years of personal building and remodeling work.
I also have extensive field experience in the industrial world, having spent countless hours as-building Piping Systems, Structural Platforms and Plants in general to determine feasibility and detailed locations for new equipment and mechanical systems as well as Construction Support during installations. I am MSHA certified for access to mining, aggregate, cement and other facilities falling under MSHA guidelines.
